Information you provide

Information may include your name, contact details, project goals, intake responses, scheduling preferences, correspondence, and materials you choose to share. Uploaded or emailed materials may include writing samples, interviews, company background, research, data, source documents, approved messaging, and links. Please provide only information you are authorized to share.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, confirm scope, deliver services, arrange appointments, process payments, manage revisions, and maintain project and business records. Client information is not sold or used for advertising.

Email, intake, scheduling, and uploads

Contact links open your email application. Intake forms, scheduling tools, and file-sharing or upload services may be used for a project when provided to you. Those providers process information according to their own privacy policies. No contact form is being added to this website.

Payments

Online checkout is not currently connected. When payment is arranged through Stripe or another payment processor, that provider processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. Jethro may receive transaction details, such as your name, billing contact information, payment status, and transaction identifier, but does not need your full card number. You will be directed to the selected provider before submitting payment information.

Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by hosting, email, payment, intake, scheduling, video meeting, and file-storage providers as needed to provide the requested services. It may also be disclosed when legally required or to address a payment dispute. The providers used for your project will be identified through the links or instructions supplied to you.

Website and analytics

No analytics or advertising trackers have been added to this website. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and secure the site. If analytics are introduced, this page will be updated to describe them.

Retention and security

Project materials and correspondence may be retained for service continuity, business records, and resolving disputes. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or applicable recordkeeping obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your requests

To ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion, email hello@jethronededog.com. Requests will be reviewed, subject to records needed for legal obligations, active services, or disputes. Do not email payment card details.
